It’s been a while since we’ve done something really fun on Halloween, so this year, we decided to spend the evening in spooky Salem, Massachusetts. For anyone not familiar, Salem was the primary location of several “witch trials” that took place in colonial New England, which resulted in mass hysteria and the execution of several innocent people. It is also one of the top Halloween destinations in the country!
I have been to Salem on Halloween a few times previously but Jay couldn’t remember if he had ever been. There were a bunch of us, including my Mom, and we had a blast! There were so many awesome costumes on display and we stopped in a few of the “witch” stores that Salem is famous for.
